Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive paste from which a partition wall having both of high reflectivity and a low dielectric constant can be formed.
The photosensitive paste contains (A) glass particles having a thermal softening temperature of 400-600C and satisfying following requirements (i), (ii), and (iii), (B) a photosensitive organic component, and (C) an organic solvent. (i) The content of zinc oxide is 10 mass%. (ii) The contents of lead oxide and bismuth oxide are each 10 mass%. (iii) At least one alkaline earth metal oxide selected from the group comprising calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and barium oxide is contained in an amount of 5-60 mass% based on the (A).
