To provide a piezoelectric vibrator and a method of manufacturing the same capable of printing, without increasing the thickness of the piezoelectric vibrator, even if miniaturization is progressed.
A piezoelectric vibrator 5 is configured so as to include a lid 8, consisting of a flat grass or crystal which has a concave with an opening formed on one main surface thereof; a base substrate 1 consisting of a flat grass or crystal; a connection wiring 2 formed on one main surface of the base substrate; a metal film 3 for anode junction for jointing the lid and the base substrate by anode junction, at a part of all circumferences of the same main surface on which the connection wiring of the base substrate is formed; a conductive adhesive agent coated on the connection wiring; a piezoelectric vibrator element, mounted on the connection wiring via the conductive adhesive agent; and a metal film 7 for laser marking, capable of printing allover the interior bottom surface of the concave of the lid by laser marking. In addition, a method of manufacturing the piezoelectric vibrator is provided.
