Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform a press work irrespective of a place and to reduce the working cost by providing with the holding means of a pressing object at the boom tip of a revolving work car and a pressing means inside the revolving radius of the work car. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 32 is set at the rearmost part, an upper part opening and closing member 28 in a full open state and a gate 38 in a closed state. The scrap interposed by a cutter 20 is then put into a work case 24, the upper part opening and closing member 28 is closed and it is pressed in the specified thickness. The pressing in the width direction is performed by sliding the plunger 32 to the front part. The pressed scrap is then released to the outside of the work case 24 by opening a gate 38 after the scrap being formed in the necessary size. At this time, the plunger 388 performs the sliding of two stages of the pressing and extruding of the scrap. The scrap pressing is performed successively by repeating the similar operation.
