A communication terminal on the side of a food company, a production assignor, and a communication terminal on the respective production consigned factory side are connected through a communication network 4. A computer 210 comprises the following: an information storing means that receives, from the communication terminal on the respective production consigned factory 3 side, the production data having the quality inspection result for the food produced in the factory through the communication network 4, and stores the production data in a database 220; and an information providing means that provides the production data stored in the database and common data related to the food quality control by displaying on a display part of the communication terminal so that each of the data can be retrieved by various retrieval keys. From the communication terminal on the food company 1 side, the database 220 in the server 210 is referred to, and the production status of the respective production consigned factory 3 side is grasped to conduct quality control of the product.
