"Memorandum region information" includes information on position, shape, size, transmittance and color of the "memorandum column" set by a user. Among the information, information on the position, shape, size and transmittance of the "memorandum column" is outputted to a synthesization judging part 11. Information on the color of the "memorandum column" is outputted to a synthesizing part 15. The synthesization judging part 11 as a "region setting means" designates an arbitrary region in an image development region IMF as a memorandum region MF in units of pixels on the basis of the "memorandum region information", and outputs the arbitrary region to the synthesizing part 15 as a "memorandum column formation processing means" (region start coordinates (X1, Y1), size (breadth S_X and length S_Y), transmittance, etc.). The synthesizing part 15 generates and synthesizes color data of the designated color and transmittance with the memorandum region MF of the image development region IMF on the basis of the "memorandum region information".
