Abstract:

To provide a rolling bearing capable of preventing electric crrosion even if used for a motor that generates a shaft voltage.

A diamond-like carbon (DLC) layer having a surface resistance of 106Ω or more is formed on the outer peripheral surface 20 of a steel outer race 2. The diamond-like carbon (DLC) layer having the surface resistance of 106Ω or more and an elastic modulus (stress/strain) of 25 GPa to 180 GPa is formed on the raceway surface 1a of a steel inner race 1.
