PURPOSE: To provide a scrap disposal equipment which can abandon an inclined tunnel for trucks and even dispence with slinging work.

CONSTITUTION: This equipment is provided with a scrap winding device 10, which forms a scrap 3 that was cut from a steel plate by means of trimming devices 2, 2 into a wound ball, a first scrap ball guiding device 15, which guide the formed scrap ball SB to a next equipment, and a scrap ball lifting device 20, which elevates the guided scrap ball up to a desired level on the ground. Meanwhile, this equipment is constituted of a second scrap ball guiding device 35, which guides the scrap ball SB on the ground to the next equipment, a tongue-type shifting device 50, which grips the guided scrap ball SB and shifts it to the next equipment, and a third scrap ball guiding device 65, which carries the scrap ball SB, which is received from the tongue-type shifting device 50, to a scrap ball container 80 or to a load carrying platform of a truck.
