To prepare a solubilized liquid which is stable for a long period and transparent, by solving such a problem that a hardly-soluble component is difficult to be uniformly finely particulated by a mechanical procedure in which the component is ground with a homogenizer, while a method comprising adding the slightly-soluble component to raw material water formed by dissolving a solubilizing agent therein and then finely grinding the hardly-soluble component with the homogenizer is conventionally adopted, but still it is difficult to obtain the transparent solubilized liquid whose transparency is kept for a long time.
The solubilized liquid which is stable for the long period and transparent is obtained by mixing an ethanol solution formed by dissolving the hardly-soluble component therein with raw material water and making the ethanol solution instantaneously dispersed in the mixture, so as to finely particulate the hardly-soluble component and form the component into colloidal particles, and then adding a solubilizing agent solution formed by dissolving the solubilizing agent in water to the colloidal solution, and further lightly stirring the mixed liquid, so as to combine the fine particles and the solubilizing agent.
