A plurality of ceiling joist retainers, which are hung down from a ceiling slab, are provided; ceiling joists 1a and 1b, which are juxtaposed by bridging the ceiling joist retainers with them, are arranged; fixing wood 3 is arranged between the ceiling joists 1a and 1b; the fixing wood 3 and the ceiling joists 1a and 1b, which are arranged on both sides of the fixing wood 3, are fixed together by means of screws 4a; a partition wall panel 2 is arranged in the lower part of the fixing wood 3; and the fixing wood 3 and a frame material 21 at the upper end of the panel 2 are fixed together by means of screws 4b.
