Abstract:
To provide a heat conductive filler which can exhibit high heat conductivity while reducing a specific gravity, a heat conductive composite material and a wire harness including the heat conductive filler, and a method for manufacturing a heat conductive filler which can manufacture the heat conductive filler.SOLUTION: A heat conductive filler 10 has hollow particles 11 having a polar group thereon, and a heat conductive layer 12 which coats the surface of the hollow particles 11 and contains an inorganic compound. A heat conductive composite material 1 includes the heat conductive filler 10 and a matrix material 2, in which the heat conductive filler 10 is dispersed in the matrix material 2.
