Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set an optional address from a master equipment to a terminal equipment by providing a relay intermitting a communication line to a terminal equipment connected next reception to plural terminal equipments connecting sequentially in parallel with the master set through the communication line. CONSTITUTION:Relays 6a-6c to intermit a communication line 3 to a terminal equipment connected next respectively are provided to each of terminal equipments 2a-2c (slave stations) connected in parallel with a master equipment 1 (master station) sequentially through the communication line 3, the terminal equipments 2a-2c operate the relays 6a-6c when their own addresses are set to connect the communication line to the terminal equipment connected next thereby allowing the terminal equipment connected to the communication line 3 to receive an address setting command from a master equipment 1. Thus, each terminal equipment is able to receive an address setting command from the master equipment sequentially in the order of connection to the communication line and when an address is set to each terminal equipment, each terminal equipment connects in parallel with the respective communication line.
