PURPOSE: The still for boiling or distilling wheat juice is provided with a pump for sucking out the wheat juice in the still and an external heater for heating the wheat juice sucked out to ensure efficient boiling or distillation of wheat juice.

CONSTITUTION: Wheat juice is fed into the still 3 to the level L and steam is fed from the pipe 23 to the chamber 21 in the external heater 10, then the pump 7 is driven. Thus, the wheat juice in the still 3 is sucked from the pipe 8 through the pipe 9 and the inlet of the heater 11 into the hood 26, then flows into individual inner tubes 22, 22... in the external heater 10. The wheat juice in the inner tubes 22, 22 is instantanously boiled by the steam fed to the outside of the tubes to jet through the pipe 15 and the outlet 14 into the still 3 and cause a rapid whirl flow on the surface, thus effecting rapid evaporation of the wheat juice.
