To prepare a tying tape which is excellent in water resistance, surface gloss and adhesion and has good hand-cutting properties, so that it is suitably used to tie vegetables, fruits and miscellaneous goods and to tie openings formed by packing commercial products in packing bags.

The tying tape is prepared by laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the outermost layer of at least one side of a laminated polyolefin film, whose intermediate layer is a non-oriented polyolefin layer that is substantially in a non-oriented state, and whose both outer layers are oriented polyolefin layers that are uniaxially or biaxially oriented.
