Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for preparing a specific dihydrobenzo[f]imidazo[1,2-d][1,4]oxazepin derivative.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a process for preparing (2-(4-(2-(1-isopropyl-3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]imidazo[1,2-d][1,4]oxazepin-9-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-methylpropanamide, which is a phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3K) inhibitor, using a coupling reaction and the like with a palladium catalyst, and stereoisomers, geometric isomers, tautomers, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
