Abstract:
To provide a refrigeration device which can prevent the situation where excessive cooling occurs when returning an oil in a refrigerant to a compressor and which can always achieve high temperature control accuracy, while achieving energy saving and cost reduction by variable control of the compressor.SOLUTION: A refrigeration device includes an inverter type compressor 20, a condenser 30, an expansion valve 14, an evaporator 40 and a refrigeration cycle 11 in which these are connected sequentially. The refrigeration cycle 11 includes a hot gas bypass path 12 in which a hot gas discharged from the compressor 20 reaches the evaporator 40 without going through the condenser 30. In the case where a low load operation is performed in which compression capacity of the compressor 20 is lower than a preset value and the low load operation continues for longer than predetermined time, under a condition where temperature control accuracy is maintained within a fixed range, control is executed in which the hot gas is introduced in the evaporator 40 from the compressor 20 through the gas bypass path 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
