Abstract:

According to a communication method of an embodiment of the invention, a communication apparatus, which is included in a wired network with which terminals communicate via a base station, determines the position of a coverage hole that is an area where the terminals cannot receive any radio waves the strength of which allows for the communications. Thereafter, a near-hole terminal, which is a terminal that is possibly near the coverage hole, is determined. Further, a notification message, which conveys hole information that is information to allow for determination of the position of the coverage hole, is transmitted to the near-hole terminal.
