Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium ion battery, capable of immersing uniformly an electrolyte.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a lithium ion battery, comprising: a lamination unit in which an electrode active material layer A and an electrode active material layer B opposite to the A are laminated via a separator; an electrolyte; and an outer casing that houses them, includes a lamination step of obtaining the lamination unit made of laminating the A and B. At least one of the B contains the electrolyte before the formation of the lamination unit. The A and the B satisfy at least one condition of the following 1 and 2: 1. a total area of a fine hole of the A in the state where all fine holes held in a separator are filled with the electrolyte, and the electrolyte is not included is larger than a volume of the electrolyte included in the A; and 2. at least B contains the electrolyte, a ratio of the volume of the electrolyte contained in the B for the total volume of the fine hole included by the B in the state of excluding the electrolyte is larger than the ratio of the volume of the electrolyte contained in the A for the total volume of the fine hole of the A in the state of excluding the electrolyte.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
