A heat-shrinkable tube is constituted of a compsn. wherein an outer layer material A is composed of crosslinked polyolefin, an inner layer material (B) consists of 55-90 pts.wt. of an ethylene copolymer (a), 1-20 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin (b) and 1-25 pts.wt. of a partially sapaonified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (c) and the sum total amt. of (a), (b) and (c) is 100 pts.wt. and the component (b) is 0.7-10vol. times the component (c).
