Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading and stirring device where production efficiency is improved and weight of the device is reduced.SOLUTION: A self-cleaning type kneading and stirring device includes: two rotary shafts 5 arranged in parallel which rotate at the same rotary speed in the same direction; A plurality of stirring blades 4 installed to be perpendicular to each direction of the rotating shaft and eccentric to a shaft center of the rotating shaft; and a casing 1 where an inner circumferential surface for housing the rotary shaft and the stirring blade becomes a trajectory of an outer circumferential of the stirring blade, where a part of the outer circumferential of the stirring blade closes to the inner circumferential surface of the casing in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft. At least a part of the stirring blade includes an opening 44 having a shape of a frame and communicating with the inside of the frame at an outer circumferential surface. For this reason, a flow of a material to be treated occurs from the opening of the outer circumferential surface to an opening at a side face inside the frame when stirring, stirring efficiency is improved by the flow and residence time is elongated, thereby, production efficiency is improved. Moreover, since the stirring blade has a shape of the frame and the outer circumferential surface of the stirring blade is opened so that weight of the stirring blade is reduced, it is possible to reduce weight of the device itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
