To provide a lifting device that facilitates a lifting operation of a lifting body.

The lifting body 3 is disposed at an attached part 1 in a freely liftable and slidable manner. The base end of a turning arm 4 is pivotally fit to the attached part 1 to provide the turning arm 4 in a freely projecting/retreating and turnable manner. The lifting body 3 is connected to the turning arm 4 to project/retreat and turn the turning arm 4 in association with a up and down sliding movement of the lifting body 3. A slide part 6 moved slidably is provided at the turning arm 4. A resilient body 7 for hanging is provided between the slide part 6 and the attached part 1 positioned above a pivot point 5. When the slide part 6 slides to a base end side of the turning arm 4, a resilient body 8 for slide adjustment which draws and urges the slide part 6 to the tip of the turning arm 4 is provided at the slide part 6.
