Abstract:
To provide a substance activating an FSHβ-chain gene.
A Prx2 gene is introduced into a cell having FSHβ-chain productivity and expressed to prepare the cell having high productivity of FSHβ-chain. The invention further provides a cell produced by the method, and a method for producing FSHβ-chain by culturing the cell and recovering the FSHβ-chain from the supernatant liquid of the culture product or disintegrated cells.
