Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine polymer powder, whereby a thin film for producing a fine powder can be produced, and a micaceous fine powder having a small thickness and excellent uniformity can be easily obtained, and to prepare a fine polymer powder desirable for use as a starting material for e.g. cosmetics.
SOLUTION: The method comprises spreading a polymer solution prepared by dissolving a polymer in an organic solvent over the surface of a liquid layer 2 liquid at normal temperature to form a liquid film, forming a thin film 3 on the layer 2 by desolventation, and grinding the thin film 3.
