PURPOSE: To maintain a release characteristic and wear resistance for a long period by using specific siloxane crude rubber.

CONSTITUTION: Silicone rubber compound consisting essentially of siloxane crude rubber and a reinforcing filler is crosslinked to form a coating layer. The siloxane crude rubber expressed by the formula is used. The roll for oilless fixing is formed by using a block copolymer consisting of a polysiloxane of ≥0.2mole% methyl vinyl polysiloxane expressed by the formula and polysiloxane of ≤0.1 mole % methyl vinyl polysiloxane. The parts where the content of a vinyl compd. is high are densely crosslinked and the parts where said content is low are coarsely crosslinked if the siloxane rubber compound having above- mentioned structure is cured. A heat resistant oil easily infilters the coarse parts if such oil is impregnated in the above-mentioned coating layer. The release characteristic and wear resistance are thereby maintained for a long period.
