Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the production of stable superconductors of any shapes by carrying out electrophoretic plating between stages for producing ceramic superconductors. CONSTITUTION:Materials for ceramic superconductors calcined before sintering are pulverized, suspended in a solvent, deposited on electrodes of various shapes by electrophoretic plating and sintered, or sintered materials for ceramic superconductors are pulverized, suspended in a solvent and deposited on electrodes of various shapes by electrophoretic plating or further sintered again. In case of the sintered materials, the adhesion of the materials deposited by electrophoretic plating can further be increased.
