Abstract:

A double-walled pipe formed by connecting double-walled pipe forming members, which are each composed of an inner pipe and an outer pipe, by means of welding at the welding portions between the ends of the double-walled pipe forming members in the axial direction thereof. A groove is provided in the welding portion of each of the double-walled pipe forming members. The length of the groove in the axial direction is set to be greater than or equal to a half of the width of a penetration bead formed by the welding of the welding portion or to be greater than or equal to a half of the width of a weld bead formed also by the welding.
